Litigation/Dispute Resolution
The firm counsels clients and litigates matters involving breach of contract, employers and employees, fraud, business torts, government procurement, principal-agent, partnership and shareholder disputes, real estate, bankruptcy, the sale of goods and other commercial matters. Attorneys in the firm practice before state and federal courts, arbitration panels, as well as state and federal administrative agencies.

Business
The firm assists with the formation and reorganization of business entities, as well as with the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements, including asset purchase, distribution, licensing, independent contractor, commercial leasing, employment and nondisclosure agreements. The firm also assists clients in obtaining Small Business Administration 8(a) certifications and related small business certifications at the state level.

Immigration
The firm handles complex immigration matters for corporate and individual clients. In particular, the firm concentrates on procuring non-immigrant and immigrant visas for corporate clients, including H visas, L visas, TN visas, and employment-based permanent resident sponsorship. The firm also handles EB-1 and EB-2 visas on behalf of individuals of exceptional or extraordinary ability, family based matters, as well as immigration litigation. Intellectual property
The firm handles cases involving trade secrets, trademark infringement and dilution and copyright infringement. The firm also assists with the development of company policies for the protection of trade secrets, and with the clearance, registration, protection and maintenance of trademarks.

The firm's approach is to provide the quality of service one expects from a large law firm but at a reasonable rate and with greater responsiveness. Although our offices are in the metropolitan Washington, DC area, we frequently handle matters in other jurisdictions, including Virginia, New York, New Jersey, California, Florida, Texas and Pennsylvania.
