The firm handles complex immigration matters for corporate and individual clients. In particular, the firm concentrates on procuring non-immigrant and immigrant visas for corporate clients, including H visas, L visas, TN visas, and employment-based permanent resident sponsorship. The firm also handles EB-1 and EB-2 visas on behalf of individuals of exceptional or extraordinary ability, family based matters, as well as immigration litigation.
