Dinesh C. Verma – Washington DC Attorney

Prior to the firm’s establishment in 2000, Mr. Verma served as law clerk to the Honorable Laura, D. Millman, Special Master, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and worked for a Washington, DC firm where he handled complex commercial, airline and banking matters.

Representative Experience:

  • Representing individuals and companies in various business immigration matters including treaty trader and treaty investor visas (E-1/E-2), employment based visas (H-1B, L-1A, L-1B), investor visas (EB-5), family based visas, appeals, denials, consular issues, investigations, and compliance audits.
  • Representing companies and individuals in business litigation, with an emphasis on employment matters including breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, covenants not to compete, and business torts.
